I am a 28 year old unactive female and have gained so much weight my last two pregnancies. I am north of 300 pounds and am only 5'5. I really would like to lose weight all over and build a bigger butt but I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out what is the best for me and my body type workout-wise and dieting.... I tend to get very discouraged when I don't feel like I'm getting any results do you have any recommendations on what workouts would be best for me? a dieting plan that would be best for my body? and possibly fast results. I'm willing to put in the work but I just need help getting started. Your page is inspirational keep it up!
