Up the small steps, check the left alcove for a Remote Bomb , and the small storage area for two crates of ammo. At the foot of the next stairs, a 4-legged Molded will rush out followed by three more Molded, an excellent time to lay some Remote Bombs as traps and finish off any who live after their legs blow off. Now you can exit the mine shaft by going into the next room and falling off the stairs - however, one last test remains. The next wide open area boasts lots of crates around the makeshift arena, which you may need as two Fat Molded will spawn on the other side behind a large structure. If you have a lot of Remote Bombs left, now is the time to use them, by dashing up as they spawn and place it near them, then lead them in a chase around the pillar while you detonate it. There are plenty of other places to hide as well, with lots of platforms and structures to dodge their puking attacks. If you don’t have Remote Bombs, you can run and gun from cover, or try strafing their attack and running up for a shotgun blast to the face. Once they are dead, collect any crates you missed, and climb the ladder up to the final Tape Recorder, along with two crates.
Many essential oils included in herbal pharmacopoeias are claimed to possess antimicrobial activity, with the oils of bay, cinnamon, clove and thyme reported to be the most potent in studies with foodborne bacterial pathogens . Active constituents include terpenoid chemicals and other secondary metabolites . Despite their prevalent use in alternative medicine , essential oils have seen limited use in mainstream medicine. While 25 to 50% of pharmaceutical compounds are plant-derived, none are used as antimicrobials, though there has been increased research in this direction. Barriers to increased usage in mainstream medicine include poor regulatory oversight and quality control, mislabeled or misidentified products, and limited modes of delivery.
